Initech Sales Onboarding Map

Purpose: Customer, Initech has an existing Sales onboarding program for SDRs and AEs, but it is failing to produce the results they need to have a prosperous organization.

Solution: Developed complete onboarding program including 5 different forms of learning interleaved with on the job application to efficiently get the Initech sales team ramped and bringing in that bread!

This is an interactive infographic of a proposed onboarding training program for the fictional company Initech (you might recognize that name from the cult classic: Office Space)

Automobile Company Pitch Certification

Purpose: Automobile Manufacturer asked me to develop a training program for delivering their pitch for their charging solutions. The pitch had significant technical information so they needed their sales to get comfortable with the information quickly and deliver it naturally.

Solution: Developed path with several short pieces of training that allowed learners to see a well-delivered pitch piece by piece. Each section followed the 3 step process you can see in the infographic on the right.

  • Step 1: Learn by review example of a great pitch delivery, answer recall and reflection questions, and read through any key call outs.

  • Step 2: Develop a script our outline directly into their personal script deck to give them a reference as they deliver the pitch on the job.

  • Step 3: Practice by recording a video of themselves delivering their pitch directly within the training.

The Program is followed by a certification challenge with a standarized rubric.
